Hi,

The Zynq 7Z030 heats up quickly, even under light load. The heat spreads to other parts of the SOM and EMC2DP boards, and I can even sense the sweet smell of buring copper and solder from about 30 cm in say an hour!

A good cooling solution is the need of the hour. Please recommend a heat sink and cooling fan that I can buy.

Have you got a heat-wave in Norway as well?? - We got one (maybe last this year..) in United Kingdom and 30C

This is the heat-sink - https://shop.trenz-electronic.de/en/269 ... d-embedded - but small fan will surely also help instantly. Even a simply desk-fan that you might have around the lab.
