it was a problem with Petalinux and the USB port.
I managed it by changing the device-tree.

I need to connect the EMC2 to a flight controller with UART (RX TX GND). I am a bit confused with the datasheet, there is one UART but it is already connected to the RS232 USB connector. And there is also a LVTTL port. What should I or can I use?

I don't know why, but when I changed the Jumpers JP7/JP8 to 1.8 Volt everything worked fine.

2 weeks before I didn't had any problems with the boot of an Petalinux image. I formatted the SD card and copied the image back, but now it's not working. Fat32 is sufficient?
